Default Can't Recieve E-Mails - 07-06-2007, 04:02 PM

Greetings,

I have a 8700c and every since this morning I'm not receiving any e-mails via my yahoo account. I've never had an issue before, I never messed with any settings and just curious to know what kind of diagnostic things can I do to fix this, since I'm on the road and can't get on a PC.

Thanks for any assistance you can give.

I read earlier on here Yahoo had some glitch in the system.

Best thing to do at times like this, pull the battery and reboot your BB.

Thanks JS, do I have to save anything like my text messages, address book or anything before I pull the battery?

Thanks again

oh no, it simply resets and reboots. If you have an active text message you are composing, you should save it as a draft, yes. But rebooting will not delete anything off your BB.

Often, this will simply reset the service books or whatever and mail will flow.
