Hello! I am a new BB user. I have a wavepad ringtone converter but it doesnt seem to work. Are there any converters that I can use that are free?? and how do you transfer pictures from your PC to your blackberry?? thanks alot.

With the 8703 you are probably on the handheld OS version 4.1.0. What I would do to create the ringtone is use the free program Audacity to grab a portion of the song and create an MP3 file. In order to transfer ringtones (or pictures) I put the file on a free file storage location on the web, then browse to the file on my BlackBerry browser. You should then be able to save the file.

Can't seem to get this to work. I finish creating my ringtone and I get the address and code to grab it directly from my device.. but I get error 500, I can't load wap.cellsea.com *shrugs*

I get the same problem trying to access wap.cellsea.com which is unfortuante as this looks really cool. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

same here, but you can still download it to your hdd and then upload to a self hold space, then directly download to your bb. i usually convert 10~20 songs and upload all together.
