This feature has been disabled by our company. Is there a way you can bypass this?

If the action is blocked by an IT policy there is no way around it. So yeah, like x14 said: Nope

Nope and yes. Unless you got the guts to mess with you IT department remove IT policy(use at your own risk) of which at many occurrences they will push it back to your device via BES
