Someone gave me a unit with a busted LCD that they were going to trash (8700c). I figured it was worth trying to repair it and eBay the thing for some bucks.

I can't seem to find instructions on how to replace the LCD. I know how to get the unit open, but not what to do with the LCD. Does it just sit in place, and have some kind of ribbon cable connection?

Any guidance/help/instructions would be awesome (I searched here, but found nothing)
