Default Transaction error - bad format - 07-31-2007, 10:49 PM

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing "transaction error - bad format" with one of customer's blackberry device. the Blackberry model is 8700 series. The Blackberry desktop manager version is 4.1.0.38.

Your help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am facing this problem each time I connect my BB 8700g to my notebook via USB. The problem is related to Outlook profile. At home, I have the desktop manager installed, with no connection to Outlook, just to install software and make backup, with no problem.

Your customer will need to reinitialize the device at BES.
