Hi, I am facing this problem each time I connect my BB 8700g to my notebook via USB. The problem is related to Outlook profile. At home, I have the desktop manager installed, with no connection to Outlook, just to install software and make backup, with no problem.
Your customer will need to reinitialize the device at BES.
