Hello,

I have had the 8703e for the last few months and owned a HATIS headset (Freedom Mach I) for a couple of years due to my hearing-impairment. But, lately, I could only hear the callers' voices but not my own for some reason. Previously, I could hear both ways using a serial adapter with the Razr cell I had last year and now oddly, I can't hear my own voice via the 8703e with the HATIS headset.

I'm considering getting a Plantronics since it is hearing-aid compatible but does anyone recommend a certain model? I don't need a expensive version but one that has good sound quality.

Has anyone else also had the same issues with HATIS? I emailed them twice but never got a reply and I assume they went out of business?
