help with my 8700g -

i just bought a 8700g refurbished unlocked phone. ok the deal is i wanna get some ringtones on my phone, however i cant download directly from my browser cause i dont have a data plan as of yet and most likely not for a couple of months. I know about linking up the blackberry with the PC however i see nothing about a media manager that i keep reading about. all i have in my desktop manager is application manager, backup and restore, intellsync and one more. Do i need to download the media manager seperately. if someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated as i am really new to the blackberry world.
