Default T-mobile 8700 lastest firmware - 09-12-2007, 02:27 PM

Has anyone experienced email delays because of this firmware?

Two of my users have the latest and both are complaining about delays up to 30 min.

Any ideas?

Beginning last Friday there was an outage with RIM and many BIS accounts, which they could have experience. Likewise a number of users are still report having a delay problem with Yahoo only.

There will always be a routine 15 minute cycle for BIS mail.

This is a delay on corporate email (enterprise) and not yahoo mail.

Oh. I do not recall anyone making that complaint with the TMo latest OS.

You can always upgrade them to the even later OS
