i am using the blackberry 8700 but i am having issues with the calendars when i accept a invite it saves it on my blackberry as well as on my outlook but when i accept a invite on my outlook it does not comes on my blackberry

can someone please suggest me if i m doing something wrong or it is not possible

I believe you will need BES for this functionality, as it allows for wireless syncs from Outlook (contacts/calendar/tasks/memos) to the BlackBerry.
