Default Status indicator - globe with number 2 - 10-13-2007, 09:50 AM

A strange status indicator appears on my 8707g - a small globe with the number 2 next to it. Been there for some 3 months now, and the number is not changing. Any idea what it might be?

Thanks,
Bob

Yes, that's a browser notification. At one time you were viewing a webpage and then went out of coverage. When that happens you'll get a message asking if you want to 'save request'.

When you do that, the next time you get coverage, you'll get that browser notification.

Go into your messages and you'll see a message with a globe next to it. Once you click on it or delete it the indicater will go away.
