Default moving applications - 10-21-2007, 07:58 AM

I have a BB 8820 and I am new to the BB world

it seems that while some desktop apps can be moved and rearranged into new or existing folders on the BB desktop, others cannot

does anyone know of a workaround??

thanks

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

if you are in the icon mode, you should be able to move all of them.

If your screen is not covered by icons, click on the button next that is to the left of your trackball.

I prefer an uncluttered desktop and a handful of icons I use diay and have several folders for apps I use infrequently

so (for starters) -- I made a folder that I wanted to move the icons 1) ATT music, 2) AT&T mall into

I cannot get them to move INTO a folder -- they need to remain one one of the main icons on the desktop
