I'm the BESADMIN at my company. I just switched from a Motorola Q with Good Mobile Messaging to a 8830. I can tell you that I'm already feeling really good about the switch.
Before I go on, I did look at the FAQs and the User Guide for this answer.

I have a sub folder in outlook called "Me" and all mail sent to me gets sent to that folder. How do I sync that folder on the 8830? I don't need inbox, but if its like Good, you have to have inbox synched.
