How can I change my background to any picture I want? How can i make a song from my computer my ringtone on my blackberry? What profile can i set the phone on so that when i have the ringer loud, the phone doesnt vibrate. I want it to only vibrate when its on vibrate and ring when its on ring?

z06--you need some basic training! First, welcome to the Forums.
Background -- open any picture you desire in the media player, and while viewing that picture, click menu to SET AS BACKGROUND.
Ringtone -- You can't make a full song a ringtone, but part of it. Use any audio editing software on your PC (try Audacity for one) to cut your 20-25 seconds snips of songs you want for ringtones, save and move them to your Media card.
Profiles - edit your ringing profile to TONE ONLY both IN and OUT of holster mode. You don't want VIBRATE + RING. And Save.
