Default Invisible Shield for 8830 - 10-23-2007, 10:37 AM

Has anyone had any experience with the Invisible Shield and their customer service, there is a company called Best Skins Ever and they claim the SAME product but at almost a quarter the price, any comments.

Default skins - 10-23-2007, 10:41 AM

to be honest I have had them both and they are great. But I just got an 8830 after my 8703 had problems and I went on ebay and got some skins off there for 7.00 that included shipping and i got 3 screen protectors and they work nice. No problem so far and they can be removed with no residue left over. I would go that route. i did the ones you mentioned and need a warranty replacement but they never emailed me back so I would not deal with them again. Good luck

I've used Shieldzone several times and it's a good product. They've changed hands recently and now their shipping is very slow. Best Skins Ever is the same thing without the lifetime warranty but much cheaper.

Apparently, they're having a much higher customer load than, they can handle. I had to wait a few extra weeks for to get my order. I'm using their shield on my 8830 right now. I absolutely love the product. Hopefully, their crappy response times are a temporary issue. It was straight forward to install, does what it claims and looks good.

I'm using the BSE for my 8830 and have no complaints. Shipping was fast, and given the fact that ShieldZone requires you to ship back your old skin (at your cost) and pay for the replacement to be shipped, it'll end up cheaper just to buy another BSE.

I liked mine so much I just ordered a skin for every one of my family members' goodies (two Zunes, two Sandisk Sansa e250s, and a BlackJack). Total price, less than $35.

I got the Invisible Shield for my iPod, and heard about BSE right about when I got my 8830 - ordered the BSE for my BB, and honestly can't tell the difference. BSE was wicked cheap though.

Looks good, easy to apply, no issues...I'd go with BSE again (and will for my Pearl 2 next week)

Had the BSE on my Samsung A900, my BB8703e, and now on my 8830. I really liked the skin for my A900, it protected it well, and came off without any residue. Tried other skins on my pda's before, and they were not nearly as good as the BSE. A scratch on the BSE will wipe away without any sign of a mark. I had the full skin on the A900 and the 8703e. Just ordered the screen protector for my 8830 and my wife's 8830. Much happier with just the screen protector. I would order a replacement in a heart beat, especially for the price.
