I have an 8830 that I am trying to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth. I can connect via USB just fine however, the 'bluetooth settings' window is greyed out and won't let me enable the bluetooth support check box. I have paired the device with my laptop and they are able to see each other but thats it. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to rectify this.

Blackberry rookie here. I have a Motorola H350 bluetooth device. I have the bluetooth enabled and the phone shows that it is paired with the device but I can't find anywhere to connect the phone and the bluetooth device. Hope that makes sense. Help??
