The coolest app for me - if it is fair to call it an app - is the email application, and PIN messaging. Even after all these years, I'm still amazed someone can send me an email or PIN from across the country or on another continent and I receive it in seconds. Plus, even at home with my computer, I'd rather read and respond to email using the blackberry. It's just more efficient. The blackberry is an email machine.

Ok. I only downloaded hte trial of IdeaMatrix. I'll download ToDoMatrix and give it a go too. What I want is something to keep tasks, lists, ToDos. I'm looking to be able to make a list of things that need to get done for a project on one list. Not enter each task as a seperate item.

Then IdeaMatrix may be a better fit for you, in that case. You won't need alarms the way you are setting it up.
