Default SMS w/ Voice Mail - 11-05-2007, 04:19 PM
Guys-

For some reason every time I get voice mail on my Verizon BB 8830, I receive both a message waiting indicator and an SMS. Is there any way to turn off the SMS notification?

No, not with Verizon.
You'd need to disable SMS messaging entirely.

It's one of those Verizon BlackBerry things that you'll eventually get used to.
