Default TMO 8800 OS still 4.2.1.74? - 11-06-2007, 12:08 PM

Does anybody know if TMO is upgrading it? I think it is about time!

You don't need to wait for T-Mobile. All 8800 OS's will work with all 8800's. Here's the latest OS and instructions for getting it to work on your T-Mobile branded 8800:

Also, I know that it's still available online, but the T-Mobile stores have discontinued the 8800 (I'm sure they'll be getting the 8820 soon). So, maybe they aren't providing new OS's for it either.

You'll have to check out the OS thread:

http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...-3-0-83-a.html

There is a lot of information on the OS from different users.
