I'm in the process of learning how to use RepliGo attachment viewer for the BB using an 8800 on the Orange network via a BES.

I've been made "product champion" which means any advice on how to use RepliGo the rest of my department requires is supposed to come from me.

Problem is I can't get the bookmarks option to work.

I create an MS Word 03 document with bookmarks and I forward it to myself, I can open the doc in Outlook and the bookmarks are present, when I come to view the attachment in RepliGo though it does not recognise that there are any bookmarks.

Please could someone offer some advice, no-one in my department (the IT/helpdesk dept.) is able to offer any advice because they're as much in the dark as I am :(

Also if it's a server side problem I can't solve that but it would be helpful to know if it is.
