Default Aim Mobile Window's Messanger Mobile Working on 8830 World edition Verizon - 11-06-2007, 04:05 PM

Does it ? I can't get it to work honestly, this is the first time I've been using mobile messangers, I own a Blackberry 8830 world edition on verizon wireless. Can someone please link me to a page where I can download it off my blackberry. Do you know if I can do some kind of direct transfer from my computer to blackberry via USB ? For those programs ?

no no no no.

You cannot download AIM client by RIM and have it work on the VZW 8830. I do not believe the windows messenger will work either. The only ones that WILL work i believe are Gtalk and yahoo messenger. If you want AIM or Windows live mesesnger then you're going to have to fork over the cash for Jivetalk.

You can download a 30 day free trial at beejive :: JiveTalk mobile messaging

You've gotta pay for Jivetalk ultimately, which I don't mind as long as it works and I only have to pay for it once per phone. I will probably end up getting Jivetalk I just hope it works good.
