When I access the Verizon web site (https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw) with a PC browser to edit email profiles, I can edit the email filters for my Internet email accounts without a problem. However, when I access the same site from my BB, the option for editing filters is not there. I am missing something?

No, certain features are not available on the WAP portal of that site. For instance, changing the auto signature is not possible from the WAP side of things.
