Hello everyone, Let me start off by saying I did some research on my questions but I dont understand all the abbreviations and I am def not very computer savy so I need it broken down as simple as possible.

1) I would like to use personal pics as my background. I emailed them to myself from my work computer but I can not open the attatchment. The pics i have emailed are jpg.

2) I would like to be able to watch movies how do I do that.

Do you have a micro SD card? That's an alternative way to get pictures on your BB without sending by email.

Are you on your compnay's BES?

If so "they" might be restricting your ability to download your .jpegs
