I have an 8830 Sprint and the BB 655 BT headset. Sometimes when I press the green button to answer an incoming call, it doesnt connect the call and the call goes to a black hole. Anyone else have this problem or a solution? Is it the BB or an issue with the 655? Thanks.

Mine works perfectly with the 655. Used three different Blackberrys and they all worked fine. My only complaint is the amount of pressure it takes to push the buttons!
