When I hold down "1" to dial VM (I'm on SPCs) I get "Invalid phone number." Anyone else get this error?

Anyone know how to fix it?

Press the green phone button. Then hit the menu key. Then select "View Speed Dial List." Then Highlight the W key and hit menu and select "Delete" (even if there is nothing there.) Then reboot the device. It should work after that.
