and you don't know if is gonna be a OS release that support it?

I was finding out if the BB 8000 support it and I found some posts say yes and other not. I don't know what think.

The next big OS upgrade should add support for stereo bluetooth for the 8800.

I didn't realize that the 8820 supported A2DP, but the 8800 didn't.

I just found out my 8830 supports A2DP. I guess it must've been in an update I did to the OS

It's the difference between 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 that the 88XX come with, the 8800 did not. That, and the better media player. I'm still waiting for an update. Itching to get a Curve.

Correct. Any device with 4.2.1 will not support stereo bluetooth. 4.2.2 and up will.
