I had to replace my 8830 with another 8830 and now I can't figure out how to get my old Sprint.Blackberry.net e-mail address to work on the new unit.
Any ideas?

You have to go here:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?b...rint&locale=en

Login and update your PIN and ESN number. Then resend your service books.

No, you have to use that site to access your BIS account. If you can't remember your password to logon, click the 'Forgot Password' option.

After changing devices I can never log into my BIS account with Sprint. It always tells me my account has been disabled. I then have to call Sprint's BlackBerry support dept. and have them make the PIN change for me. It is pretty annoying.
