Do you have a MicroSD media card in the BB? If so, just plug it into the pc and drag and drop it into the removeable drive in My Computer.

Was the card used in another type of device? Sometimes that causes problems formatting. However, give it a shot. Go to Options >Media Card. Then hit menu and select "Format Card." Then turn on mass storage mode--in the same screen as the Format Card option.

Then plug the phone into the PC and drag and drop files, as described above, to the music folder that's created.

I use mine at the gym with Motorola S9 Bluetooth headphones. Music plays just fine - only thing that will interrupt the music is if a phone call comes in.

You can get free music at Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « then use the BB desktop software to load it onto the HH.

Try going through Roxio Media Manager. It will automatically convert for you.

It loads when you install the software that came with it.
