Default Email folders - 11-23-2007, 07:04 AM

I use a corporate owned 8800. I like to move email messages to folders I have set up in my mailbox. I used to be able to do this on my BB but now the device won't move any more mail into folders. I thought maybe the folders were too full in my master mailbox and deleted alot, but that didn't solve the problem. Can anyone help solve? Maybe there are too many messages on my device taking up storage?

Thanks

Scott

You really should contact you IT department. What happens when you move a message? Does your folders not show up in the list?

The email just stays in the main inbox folder. If I don't get it figured out I will just go to IT. Thanks though!

Sounds like your folder redirections is not setup or is not working properly.

How do I check this and fix?
