I have one user that is having this issue. BES 4.1 with 8830. The Hide FIled and Hide Sent options keep changing themselves on the device. Any idea why this would happen and fix? What i would like to do is set these options via IT Poicy but i didnt see that as an option...Is there any other way on the device to change these options other than going through the options in Messaging on the phone? I was thinking it could possibly be a combination of buttons he may be hitting that is changing the options....

He is probably playing with the Themes settings & it reverts back after you set them.
