Default Changing What Apps show up on the Home Screen - 12-09-2007, 02:00 PM

Hey all,

I just got my 8830 and I love it! This phone is going to help immensely with having multiple work accounts and a few personal ones all in one place!

Either way, I couldn't find anything in a search for editing the home screen of the phone where it only shows 6 apps down the left side which are a couple emails, the on demand icon, setup wizard and app buttons.

I was wondering if there was a way to edit which apps/email accounts show up on the home screen. I've looked all through the phone to see but I can't find anything.

Am I SOL, or is it possible to do?

thanks guys!
Dan

The default theme displays the first 6 icons that are on the top row (or 2) when you display ALL the icons.

To move them around, highlight an icon, press the Menu button, click Move, move the icon, then click to 'drop' it into the new location.

Default How do you change the BB Dimension Today theme? - 12-10-2007, 11:53 AM

With the BB Dimension Today theme how can I change the application shown like can be done with the Zen theme? Moving the applications to the first few does not affect Dimension Today appearance. Any thoughts? I'd like to get the address book there instead of the phone so I can quickly access the address book from that view. Thanks.

Some themes are locked into what they show and are not changeable by the user.
