And don't toss your BlackBerry in your pocket. Holster it or use a case or sleeve!

I believe you are just going to have to enter the password wrong again and again (maybe ten times, unless it is set to a lesser value) until the blackberry does a security wipe. Then, I would install from your last backup (if you have one).

I believe if you backup now while it is locked, then wipe and restore, the blackberry will still be set to the other language, and you will still have to enter the password when the blackberry boots after the restore. I'm not 100% sure this is what will happen, but that's what I would expect. EDIT: I don't think you can even do this, anyway, because when you connect, you will have to enter the password in desktop manager as well as enter it on the blackberry.

Never been through this myself. You might search on "password blackberry and wipe" and see what you find. Otherwise, enter something and see what happens. Also, if you need to, see

I recently came accross this problem for one of our users, the only way to I found to wipe the device was to attache it to the pc and enter the incorrect password 5 times, this will wipe your device.

THANKS VERY MUCH!

I managed to fix it doing what you said, attaching in to the pc and entering password wrong more then 10 times...and it wiped and now is completely working like out of the box, all i need to do now is restore my backup.

Thanks for the advice!

That would work under normal circumstances and would have been suggested; however you may need to read the original post, again. That option was not available to the user.
