I couldnt get it working even after i reinstalled the OS.

After a quick search online, it seems that people had to send it back for replacement in the past. But I just assume that it is a software problem and there should be an easier fix:(

I just got this phone from our corp dealer about 3 days ago.


It is using the newest firmware from Telus/RIM 8830.

PLEASE HELP!
