I have a new 8830. I am trying to sync it with the most recent version of Entourage in Office 2004. i have the most recent version of pocketmac but it hangs half way through. i have tried a number of times and get the same result, although it hangs at different places in the sync. how do i get it to work?

I could be wrong, but I had this issue before and was told on different occasions that it's probably a BB to MAC issue. You'll also note that you can't do any software upgrades using a mac computer as well.

Again though, I may be wrong.

I know many people who have macs and don't have a problem syncing with their BBs so i don't think that is the problem
