8800/4.2.1.108 cannot send and receive MMS -

Hello All,
I am a newbie here, having 8800/4.2.1.108 being located in Indonesia using Matrix Indosat.
My 8800 worked fine with emails, phone, browsing, etc but it cannot work for MMS. I have tried to re-install the OS, wipe the handheld, resend the service books, etc but still it cannot send or receive any MMS.
I found the MMS on the service book as well.
Would appreciate to have any advice, how can use this handheld for MMS.
