I've had my Blackberry 8830 for about 6 weeks. I was getting e-mails with no problem. Last week my battery ran down. After I charged it, I went to manage connections to turn the mobile network back on, but it still wasn't getting e-mails. I took the battery out and put the battery back in since that's what it said to do in the book, but that didn't help either. I'm only getting a few e-mails here and there, but not nearly all of them that are on my computer.
Does anyone know what I can do?

Do you also get your email in outlook? Make sure Outlook is set to "leave messages on server" in the email setup advanced options.

Try going into options>advanced options>HRT
Press menu/berry button select register now

If that doesn't work log into BIS acct and resend service books
