Default 1x - Problem - 04-01-2008, 11:11 AM

Last night I posted that I was having trouble getting on the internet on my phone. Well it still doesn't work right now and I notice that theres a '1x' in the corner. I do not remember what it said last night. I am only able to send text messages, no emails or anything.

Is this something with my phone or my provider? I'm sure I have the unlimited data plan and I dont recall messing with any settings in OperaMini or WebMessenger.

Thanks.

Have you pulled the battery to reset the memory yet?

Pulling the battery just reset your phone, like restarting your computer would. Sometimes the blackberry will have some kind of error, and a battery pull just restarts it. Also, your device will usually resend service books when a battery pull is done, so this clears up many problems.

There have been many threads on this. I pull my battery out weekly to restore some of the memory that has leaked.

You can check your memory by going to options-status.

This has nothing to do with the media card.
