I simply want to be able to delete messages with no confirmations required. I have set my Confirm Delete to No in my General Options but still get asked to select whether or not i want it deleted "on mailbox & Handheld" or "on handheld". How can I get rid of this step??

Under Options->Email Reconciliation you can specify where you want the deletes to occur.

From the mailbox
Click Options.
Change the settings to delete on "prompt" to either "mailbox and handheld" or "handheld."

Thanks so much for the welcome and the quick replies. Suggestions worked fine. I realized that because I'm managing multiple emails, I had to establish the delete and reconciliation settings for each email.
