I'm new to Blackberry Forums, but have read a lot of the posts and found some good information. Thanks to all.

I recently setup a BES for Groupwise at my company. All is going well with this considering I had no prior experience with BES.

The devices are a litte more of a challenge. I have an end user that has almost 800 contacts in Outlook (from his previous company). I need to get these into Groupwise and onto his Blackberry. I have tried importing from Outlook Express to Groupwise and synchronizing to the Blackberry, but all of the contact information is not there (company name and some phone numbers, notes, etc.) are missing.

I decided to use DM to sync from Outlook to the Blackberry 8830. This worked fine. Now, I'm trying to sync from Blackberry device back up to Groupwise (Device to Server) sync, but not having any luck. The Event Viewer on BES has this error:

{username}GetAddressBookEntry(IGWCAddressBook2)Ite mByGuid(bstr)failed.

Does anyone know what this means? Any suggestions?
