3. You can sync the BB using Desktop Manager to Outlook. You can also backup your BB using Desktop Manager.

1. Just type the wrong password in 10 times and it will wipe the password keeper and you can start over. Anything in the password keeper will be lost.

2. Use Desktop Manger. It has a sync option in it as well as help info on how to use it.

i have all my contacts on outlook but i can not figure out how to get them on my bb,, i tried clicking on the switch wizard but thats not working is there another way

You need to set the profile settings to pick up the proper Outlook Profile to sync with. Then use the Sync option. Switch Device Wizard is not it.

The default password you are looking for is four zero's 0000. Thats IF you didnt change it.
