Welcome To Blackberryforums!

I would start by removing the battery from the device while the device is powered on after installing the theme. See if it shows up after you put the battery back in.

just took the battery out and put it back and still no new themes under the : Options/themes folder :(
any other suggestions? i don't have a memory card in my device yet, maybe that has something to do with it? where does the file get downloaded to? should it be under the themes? if i can't use it i'd would like to delete i don't have much space to spare.
thanks again.

did you make sure you downloaded the theme for your device/operating system? you would need an 88xx series theme and 4.2.2 OS

You'll have to go to Options >Advanced Options >Applications and see if it's listed there. If it's not, hit the menu key again and go to Modules and find the module and delete it there.

eVeek has a forum, I believe. You can go there and ask them why their theme won't work for you.
