Default screen rainbow'd - 05-15-2008, 04:20 PM

Not sure if this is a known thing or not, but the screen on my 8820 is more red in the middle, and as it goes to the left and right it gets bluer. Of course its only noticeable when the screen is mainly white. Is this a defect?

Possibly... have you used any cleaning agents on it?

Wirelessly posted

I once accidentally did this to a TV screen by placing something magnetic by it. Not sure if this could possibly be the same kind of thing or not.

Hmm LCD shouldn't be senstive to magnets, but then I haven't tried that...

It may be defect.
