man i did the update and now i got this 5076 thing!lol

the only thing is when installing the update on my pc it did not fully install..

but i did not think it hade to be installed first..what can i do now??


it seems like the apps hangs on status at the end of the install?i left it like that for about 30min and still nothing...

Load software on PC, then connect Blackberry and the software should load.
The message 507 indicates that there is no os on the BB


BB 7520, 7100i, 7130e, 8703e, 8830, Now a 8330

i did it's installed.but it does not want to detect the bb?

Go to the Loader on the BB Manager and keep hitting next. It should pick up your BB on the second or third screen.

Locate and delete VENDOR.XML on your PC C: drive please.

i was just explaining sorry.some how i got it to detect.now i loaded all the missing stuff that was not ticked in the java loader.it seems good now it is just on the hour glass.i will wait and see.

does it do this all the time or is it because i did not finish install the software on my pc??

Let it sit, could be 30 minutes, etc. It is not normal, rare indeed.

Yes, it is because the previous install did not complete.

it's all good now..but the software version is 4.2.2.196?

Then 4.2.1.196 is what you had installed to your PC.
