I have a user that can not open attachments on their 8830. This user is the only user out of about 1700 users that is having this issue so I know that it is not an issue with the BES. Their BB is Running Pl3.0.0.79 A4.2.2.176, I know that Verizon has PL3.0.0.84_A4.2.2.196 available. Will upgrading his BB's OS resolve this issue? Suggestions are welcomed, however, I can not use 3rd Party software to fix this issue....Company policy. Thanks again for any and all help.

Did this just start happening? Have they tried the battery pull to see if that resolves the issue?
