I may be doing something wrong, but whenever I seem to add someone to BB Messenger they never get the invite. People always have to add me. Let me explain how I add a new contact:

1) Push the BB Button and select Add Contact
2) Find the contact in my address book and I make sure I have their Pin stored
3) Send the request

Is this the proper way to do it or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

That's the way I do it. They never receive your request?

Are you sure you're sending via pin? Even if you have the pin stored it always defaults to email. When you add contact, just highlight the name (DON'T click on it) and then hit the menu key and select send via PIN.
