Hi i was wondering if i can use the upgrade to 4.5 if my phone is locked and my carrier is movistar in mexico

it works great, docs to go are just fine because it doesnt have an interface with desktop, but is better than de viewer that my bb had

do you have blackberry service with Movistar? I am considering purchasing an 8310 unlocked in the states and using it with my Mexico provider -either telcel or movistar....will this work, do you know?
