Hi - i am fairly new to the forum so apologies if this is easily solved. I have an 8800 and want to use it, like many people, to keep my inbox clean while mobile. Filing messages works fine BUT if i delete messages on the handheld they are still all present in my inbox when i login on my office desktop (using Outlook synced to the BES server). Any suggestions very gratefully received. Email reconciliation seems to be fine ("forcing this" makes no difference).

Messages > options > email reconcilliation > BES account > wireless reconcile yes also Delete On > mailbox and handheld
