Hi,

I am trying to enter an unlock code into an 8820, I have tried the generic instructions and for 8800, but neither work, are ther instructions specific to this model available??

What exactly is the error you are getting?

No, tbe unlock instructions are the same for all QWERTY BlackBerry models.
Did youe read the instructions posted in the general section of our FAQ?
