Default Messages Folder Locked??? - 07-21-2008, 02:28 PM

I am new to the whole bb thing. Anyway...I tried to open an attachment and my trial period had ended for beamberry, so I tried to cancel out of opening the attachment. Now it says, "Please wait..." and I can't get it off. I have tried turning it off and still nothing. Which means I can't check any of my emails. Anyone ever have this problem before and know how to solve it?

I appreciate any help. As I am a new owner please explain with great detail if you do have possible resolutions!

Thanks

Have you tried a batter pull yet? I would start there.

If that doesnt' work, and you can't do anything else with the BB, I would reload the OS. Someone else may reply with a different/better answer, but that's what I would do.

Didn't look at the edited part.... So what did you do.
