So there are some JPG files I can view and some I can't, and I can't seem to open any WAV attachments. I am using an 8800 with 4.5.0.55. I have searched for an answer, and I have verified that the Attachment Service is installed on the device. Any ideas?

I guess my real question is, what are the criteria for opening attachments? File size? File type? I've already verified that these files should open.

Are you on a BIS or BES? Many BES admins limit the amount of types which can be supported. You might also find certain files cannot be opened if you're using an older version of the BES.

If you're on the BIS all should work fine.
