Hello All, This is my first post.

My uncle got me a couple Blackberry yesterday, a 8800 and 8820 from O2 and Orange. 8800 got white screen and 8820 just won't turn on. When connected to the USB, both show up on the PC ok. Already reloaded the OS on the 8800 about 25 times, with the battery, without the battery, with the lid open, with the lid close, praying while updating ... ... nothing work. Still just white screen(NO Hourglass) after the operation. PC say successfully updated, but I just can not see it. I have use the "JL_Cmder" to take a screen shot, and it showing the "please confirm time and date" screen.

The 8820 the same, can be found, can be install, apploader show that OS has been loaded but just will not turn on... ...

Someone out there. please help!!!

Oh.... BTY I can use the 8800 to call, even though I can only see a white screen. (Put 4444 then press green key gone straight throught to O2 customer service. Does this clue any help? Many Thanks
